What Services Do We Offer?
Our Nurses:
• Evaluate nursing care needs
• Provide skilled nursing care (Doctor's orders)
• Supervise the Home Health Aides
• Offer preventative and rehabilitative nursing procedures
Our Aides:
• Assist with baths, shampoos, dressing, grooming, toileting, skin and nail care
• Supervise prescribed exercise routine
• Assist with other household activities
Our Social Workers:
• Assess the social and emotional needs of the family
• Assist with the identification and utilization of community resources
• Counsel the family members responsible for patient care
Our Homemakers:
• Prepare meals, shop, bank, and perform necessary errands
• Perform light cleaning tasks and laundry
• Retrieve family members responsible for patient care
Our Therapy Divisions:
• Provide muscle strengthening exercises
• Provide training in walking
• Instruct in the use of special equipment
• Assist with speech retraining
• Teach energy conservation procedures
